Earning Points

Service & Product-Based Points

Clients earn 1 point for every dollar spent on all services and products.

Example:

  • Ladies' Cut & Style: $85 = 85 Points
  • Kerastase Bain Shampoo: $60 = 60 Points

  • Redeeming Points

    Your Points Turn Into Savings!

    • 1,000 points = $5 off (minimum redemption)
    • Points can only be redeemed in 1,000 point increments (e.g. 2,000 points = $10 off).

    Example: If you have 2,500 points, you can redeem 2,000 points for $10 off your service.

  • Bonus Point Opportunities

    Earn Extra Points Beyond Purchases!

    • Pre-booking your next appointment: 50 Points
    • Leaving a Google or Social media review: 100 Points
    • Referring a friend: 100 points

  • Program Rules

    • Enrollment: Clients are automatically enrolled upon their first visit or salon purchase.
    • Point Expiration: Points expire on February 1st every year.
    • Non-Transferable: Points cannot be transferred between clients.
