At Logix Hair Sam we strive to be a unique and modern salon with highly educated hair specialist. We are dedicated to creating beautiful hair and meaningful relationships, As well placing a high importance on continuing education to give our clients the best top looks and trends.

Logix Hair was established in 2003 at the Lincoln Park location. With our team growing and salon enhancing, Sam decided to open a second location within Mardaloop in December 2021!

Cancellation Policy

We value and respect your time! Please note that a cancellation
of any appointment must be made with a minimum of 24 hours notice before your
scheduled appointment. If the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of your
scheduled appointment, then 50% of your service will be charged to your card on
file. To rebook your appointment a deposit of 50% of the rescheduled service
will be required. This deposit is non-refundable and will go towards the remaining
balance of your service.

 

No Show Policy

If we do not hear from you 15
or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a
“No-Show”, your card on file will be charged for 50% of the scheduled service
if this is the first time and 100% any time after. The charges for no show
appointments are non-refundable.  A 50%
deposit of the rescheduled service will be required in order to book future
appointments. This deposit is non-refundable and will go towards the remaining
balance of your service.

 

Late Policy

Please note that if you are
over 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your
service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to
reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If the service cannot be completed
within the remaining time frame we will require 50% of the missed service, this
will be charged to the card on file. The charge for a missed appointment is
non-refundable. A 50% deposit of your new service will ne required for future
bookings. This deposit is non-refundable and will go towards the remaining
balance of your service.

A $100 deposit is required for
all new clients receiving one of the following services:

Balayage        

Custom Blonding/Colour

Hair Botox/Nanoplastia

 This deposit is non-refundable and will go
towards the remaining balance of your service.

 

Adjustment Policy

We understand that miscommunication between a guest and a
stylist can occur. In the event a guest is not satisfied with their finished
look, adjustments can be made based on the original consultation. The following
policies apply to all adjustment services:

We do not issue refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your
hair and we would love to make an adjustment for you within 14 days of your
original appointment booking.
