Cancellation Policy
We value your time! To cancel an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge of the service, billed to the card on file.
Additionally, a 50% deposit of your service, or a credit card on file, will be required for all future bookings. This deposit is also non-refundable and will be applied to your final balance. Thank you for your understanding!
No Show Policy
If you do not arrive or notify us 30 minutes after your scheduled appointment, it will be marked as a “No-Show.” In this case, 100% of the missed service will be charged to the card on file, and these charges are non-refundable.

Late Policy
Please note that if you arrive more than 30 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed within the remaining time frame. We will make every effort to accommodate you promptly. However, if the service cannot be completed, it will be considered a "No-Show," and we will require 100% of the missed service cost. This charge is non-refundable.

Adjustment Policy
We want you to love your look! If you’re unsatisfied, we’ll gladly make adjustments within 14 days of your appointment based on the original consultation. Please note, we do not issue refunds.
